The A&A C5 & C6 Corvette Supercharger Kits bring you dramatic increases in power while not degrading everyday drivability or highway gas mileage! The system utilizes a large blow off valve that remains open at cruise and light throttle. Essentially, this allows the supercharger to “freewheel” under normal conditions. Average increase TO THE REAR WHEELS is approximately 175 RWHP! No other modification- in this price range- even comes close.
Belt wrap is the key to eliminating belt slip and A&A’s proprietary bracket system offers more belt wrap than any other system on the market. All brackets are CNC machined from 5/8” high quality 6061 aluminum plate and fly cut on both sides to assure absolute consistency in thickness. This is imperative for proper belt alignment.
Intercoolers are as large as practical for a Corvette, but the placement and attention given to airflow management is unmatched with these Corvette Parts. An intercooler must have as much ambient airflow through the core area as possible to be efficient. A&A’s design is the only one that is 100% exposed to frontal airflow through the use of directional scoops. Not one square inch of the intercooler is shrouded by the frame or bodywork.
Airflow through the rear of the intercooler is also important. Most designs place the intercooler tightly against the radiator and air conditioning condenser. A&A places its intercoolers with a large space between these components which aids in airflow through the intercooler as well as airflow to the radiator and condenser.
Intercooler positioning is equally important in how it affects engine cooling. This intercooler is placed much further forward than any other design to eliminate overheating problems. This allows the fans to draw cooling air through the radiator and AC condenser without being shrouded by the intercooler. Radiators are mounted in its upright position for better cooling.
The inlet duct from the high flow air filter to the supercharger inlet is also designed with superior airflow in mind. The curves are smooth and cross-sectional area is large. This all translates into lower inlet temps and more power output.
100% bolt-on system includes a Vortech Si-Trim head unit which is recommended for all stock engines or engines with mild modifications only. (headers, camshaft, etc.) The Si-Trim is easily capable of 650 RWHP on a mildly modified engine. Kit includes 3.6” supercharger pulley, brackets, aluminum Turbosmart blowoff valve, air intake, silicone couplers, stainless clamps, high-capacity fuel injectors and LPE fuel pump.
Fit and finish is second to none. All brackets, ductwork and the Vortech supercharger is show polished. The top shroud fits perfectly and is powder coated satin black to compliment the polished components. All the visible couplers are high quality silicone and are polished stainless steel.
NOTE: Custom PCM calibration based on specific vehicle and engine modifications will be required for use with these kits.

The new Corvette LS7 Edelbrock Supercharger System pushes a stock Corvette LS7 engine up to an amazing 657 flywheel HP and 582 ft-lbs of torque. This supercharger incorporates the Eaton Twin Vortices Series (TVS) Gen VI rotor assembly, the same internals used on the new ZR1 Corvette, an air to water twin intercooler system and dual core heat exchanger. Torque has been optimized through the use of 12″ long runners, while low speed fuel economy is retained through the use of an internal bypass valve to reduce parasitic loss. All of this equipment integrates with the dry sump system and fits under the stock hood without any modifications.
This system includes all of the components needed to support the increased power output of the engine: 60 lb/hr injectors, a high flow air intake system and a handheld programming module to update the ECU. It is designed to work with all OEM emissions equipment and is 50-state street legal (E.O. Number D-215-76). It also includes matching aluminum coil covers that are black powder coated for a great under hood look.
You may think it would be hard to improve on the very potent ZR1 Corvette since it comes from GM with 638 hp, but it is possible. The Corvette engineers did a fantastic job of bringing us an awesome car, but they also gave us something capable of more. The Zip Corvette ZR1 Corvette LS9 Power Package brings together our exclusive set of Kooks R-Series stepped headers and high flow stainless steel converters backed by a Corsa Sport exhaust system to give the ZR1 Corvette some authority out on the road. Along with a supercharger pulley upgrade kit, Mamba fresh air scoop, Zip performance shielded spark plug wires to keep the heat off, and some calibration changes in the PCM; this performance package will turn your ZR1 Corvette into a 700 horsepower beast. The Mamba Fresh Air Scoop allows the ZR1 Corvette air intake to achieve it’s full potential by ramping fresh air from the front of your ZR1 Corvette directly into the opening of the intake. The Mamba Fresh Air Scoop is mounted to your ZR1 Corvette’s radiator shroud with 3M double sided tape.
The Lingenfelter ZR1 Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit is designed to enhance the LS9 Corvette ZR1 supercharged engine. This upgrade kit produces excellent horsepower and torque improvements over the factory 638 horsepower and 604 lbs. ft of torque while maintaining a safe level of boost and supercharger RPM.
These Hi-Performance spark plug wires are built to Zip’s standards, built specifically for Corvettes with headers. We start out using a Delco Mag wire and then heat shield it with some of the best products the aftermarket has to offer. This will be the last set of wires you will ever have to replace from getting burned by a header or just plain wearing out. These C6 Corvette spark plug wires are the perfect compliment to the Kooks Stepped Headers also included in this LS9 power package.
To go with all of the upgrades to your LS9 Corvette engine, we will also upgrade your ZR1 Corvette’s PCM. With custom PCM programming using HP Tuners scanning and diagnostic tools we can modify just about any setting available within your ZR1 Corvette’s computer system.
If you really want to step up your Corvette’s exhaust system then consider a set of Kooks Custom Headers from Zip Corvette. Kooks Stepped Header design, which is included in this power package melds the particular advantages of specific tube diameters: low end torque from 1 3/4″ primaries at the flange, then opening up to 2″ tubes for unrestricted top end. Built by Kooks Custom Headers, manufactured from mandrel bent 304 stainless steel with 3/8″ flanges and 3″ collectors. Stepped headers include O2 sensor bungs, gaskets and sensor extensions.
This mid-section is designed to complete installation of Zip/Kooks R-series “stepped” headers on LS9 equipped Corvettes. The mid-pipe bolts directly to the 3″ collectors and allows you to utilize the ZR1 exhaust system of your choice; in this case the ZR1 Corsa Sport. The 304 stainless steel center section includes a crossover pipe and hi-flow stainless steel converters for a completely street legal performance exhaust system.
Also included in the LS9 ZR1 Corvette Power Package is the clean-sheet engineered C6 ZR1 Corvette Corsa Sport Exhaust System. Corsa’s famous sport system includes a race car like sound at full throttle yet a calm sound great for cruising speeds, military grade 321L stainless steel, and an increase in horsepower and airflow over the stock application. The quad 4″ exhaust tips finished with the Corsa logo adds the finishing touches to this near perfect Corvette exhaust.
Take a look at a couple of our before and after dyno runs of a customers ZR1 Corvette with our LS9 power package installed. As you can see in the graph the ZR1 Corvette was producing 429 rear wheel horsepower and 410 ft-lbs. of torque at 5500 rpm (red). After installation of our ZR1 Corvette Power Package the ZR1 produced 534 rear wheel horsepower and 510 ft-lbs. of torque at the same 5500 rpm (blue). That’s an improvement of over 100 horsepower and 100 ft-lbs. of torque on a stock ZR1 Corvette. Not only did this ZR1 produce greater numbers but it sounded like a pure race car with the C6 Corsa Exhaust System, Kooks Headers, and Kooks Mid Section. So if you thought adding to your ZR1 Corvette was impossible you may want to think again. Our power package will make any stock ZR1 accelerate faster and produce approximately100 more horsepower to the rear wheels.
